  Connie van Eeghen, MBA, MHSA, has provided management 
  support and leadership to health care organizations for over 20
  years. During this time, she has contributed to many different
  health care companies, including large academic health centers
  in the mid-west and on the east coast, mid-size community 
  hospitals, multi-group physician offices, an innovative psychiatric
  rehabilitation center, a skilled nursing facility, and a critical
  access hospital. She has worked closely with Medical Staff
  Leaders, Governing Board members, and all levels of hospital
  operations teams. She worked as an independent consultant, providing strategic planning support and developing a quality improvement program.
 
 
Connie was elected Vice President in the Vermont Quality and  Utilization Management Professionals Organization and has worked actively in the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM). She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society at the University of Michigan.

Over the past 20 years, Connie has managed the functions of Quality Improvement, Medical Staff Services, Human Resources, Social Services, Education, Safety, Emergency Preparedness, Corporate Compliance, JCAHO Accreditation, Risk Management, Utilization Management, Infection Control, and Health Information Management. She has organized and delivered leadership development programs and provided company-wide staff education on such topics as patient centered care and service excellence.

 For the past fifteen years Terri O'Connor has provided business  
 planning, human resource planning and training/development
 expertise to many sectors of business and industry including 
 government, manufacturing, healthcare, and banking. Her
 responsibilities have included management of Human Resources
 and Training/Education departments, curriculum development,
 customer relationships, marketing, and sales.

Terri has concurrently owned and managed an independent consulting firm for the past 7 years, also working with Vermont State Colleges to focus on delivering educational and organizational development services to healthcare organizations. She has assessed corporations of all sizes, developed and delivered extensive training and educational programs, and provided organizational development and guidance. Terri is internationally certified in Lean Healthcare. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her work including The Business and Professional Women Emerging Leader Award. She is certified to teach Lean Healthcare 101 and Achieve Global. At LHP, Terri is responsible for sales, training, and customer service.

  Matt Bovee
 
  Matt Bovee earned his Ph.D. in Accounting & Information
  Systems in 2004 from The University of Kansas School of 
  Business, A specialist in data and information quality, his
  research interests include the modeling and assessment of
  information quality and usefulness attributes in business and
  healthcare, the application of information systems in
  healthcare, and business process reengineering. He has
  published peer-reviewed articles in The Journal of Information
  Systems, The International Journal of Intelligent Systems, and
  IEEE Transactions of Engineering Management, among others. He also consults in the application of Lean methodologies to help healthcare, business, and educational organizations improve efficiency, effectiveness and group cohesiveness. Matt also holds advanced degrees and has published peer-reviewed journal articles in the biological and sport sciences. In his spare time he attempts to play acoustic guitar, keep up with the family, the yard, and the house, and pet the dog. If there is still any spare time left he likes doing Sudoku, reading sci-fi or about accelerated learning and persuasion, or catching up on sleep

  Donna Izor

 
Donna Izor, MS, FACMPE recently started West Pinnacle
  Consulting, LLC after 20 years as a medical practice executive.
  Her extensive experience includes leadership and 
  responsibility for all aspects of primary care and specialty 
  practices, including physician recruitment, regulatory
  oversight, facility design, integration of private practices into
  the hospital model, physician compensation and relations, and
  a new program development. She was also responsible for the
  employed inpatient physicians and outpatient diabetic
  education and nutrition services.

  West Pinnacle Consulting, LLC services include practice operational assessments, executive decision support, and operational decision-making between providers and administration.

Donna was a Licensed Practical Nurse for 15 years before gaining her undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She put these skills to use again in April, 2010 while on a two week medical mission. Read her account of the trip HERE

She has worked with academic, community hospital, and private practices. Donna enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, and travel.

Larry Carbonetti

 Larry Carbonetti has more than 35 years of experience as an
 instructor. He holds a BA in English and an MA in Education. His
 ten years of experience with both nonprofit and for profit
 organizations includes instruction in all aspects of
 communication, as well as facilitation involving leadership
 development. He also offers custom-designed programs to meet
 organizational needs. His clients range from very small
 companies with fewer than 10 staff members to large
 multinational businesses.

He also enjoys traveling, cooking, woodworking and enjoying the beautiful outdoors of his Vermont home. His wife, Jeanne, is an internationally known watercolor artist and author.
