The outcomes described below are actual results from our work.  We are proud to say this is a small representation of data that demonstrates the effectiveness of our program. 

• Redesign of a patient admissions function resulting in reduced time to process patients and transfer from 12 hours to 1.75 hours. This enabled the organization to process 23 additional patients in a quarter to quarter analysis and helped net $500,000 additional revenue.
• Reduced 1 FTE allowing reassignment to another area.
• Reduced lead time (the total time needed) for laboratory analysis by 35%
• Eliminated $15,000+ in overtime expenses.
• Eliminated 3 hours of daily interruptions for a Management Staff member.
• Reduced lead time for diagnostic imaging from 5.5 days to 1 day!
• Reduced 1 unfilled FTE allowing removal of projected expense from budget
• Eliminated multiple four-foot stacks of paper and put a minimal cost solution in place to ensure paper piles are eliminated for good.
