We’re looking for employees that meet one of two descriptions:

 

1) People with a healthcare QI background who have retained their desire to make a difference, believe in the philosophies of Deming and data driven work, understand Lean philosophy and have had some experience with application in the healthcare field.

 

2) People who have had experience implementing lean business principles in multiple levels of an organization, either internally or externally. Consultants meeting this description are welcome as well.

 

You should know that we follow closely the credo of Jim Collins in “Good to great” in our hiring process. The fit of the person into the existing team is more important to us than your direct qualifications and experience, although these are important too, of course.
