Value Stream Analysis

Teams identify target areas for analysis, crossing all departments that represent key functional units along the value stream. A facilitated program leads the team through the Lean methodology, effectively transferring the techniques to the team. These teams produce a current state, future state, and implementation plan for the improvements identified.

Implementation of Individual Lean Tools

Projects identified during Value Stream Analysis typically involve several additional Lean techniques using individual tool sets such as 5S, setup reduction or cell design. The team is taken through the technical aspects of these techniques, and practices them directly in the area of choice under the guidance of an experienced implementer.
