Terri Taylor - Chief Communications Officer
For the past 15 years Terri Taylor has provided business planning, human resource planning and training/development expertise to many sectors of business and industry including government, manufacturing, healthcare, and banking. Her responsibilities have included management of Human Resources and Training/Education departments, curriculum development, customer relationships, marketing, and sales.
Terri has concurrently owned and managed an independent consulting firm for the past 7 years, also working with Vermont State Colleges to focus on delivering educational and organizational development services to healthcare organizations. She has assessed corporations of all sizes, developed and delivered extensive training and educational programs, and provided organizational development and guidance. Terri is internationally certified in Lean Healthcare. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her work including The Business and Professional Women Emerging Leader Award. She is certified to teach Lean Healthcare 101 and Achieve Global. At LHP, Terri is responsible for sales, training, and customer service.
